Billing questions
Who handles payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Which payment methods can I use?
Paddle supports major credit and debit cards and popular local payment methods, depending on your country. You'll see all options at checkout.
Is VAT included?
Paddle calculates and collects sales tax or VAT based on your location and shows the final amount before you pay. Businesses can add a VAT ID at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?
You'll see a friendly notice. Your limit resets at midnight (UTC) - or invite a friend for more usage, or upgrade to Lumi Pro or Lumi Max.
What if my Lumi Max or Lumi Pro answers run out?
Then the next Lumi answers: Lumi Pro after Lumi Max, then Lumi. You're told with a short notice.
